In this blog I intend to bring you my family’s recipes (the ones my mum or even grandma used to cook) and the ones that we are cooking right now. We love mixing the flavours of Spain, Britain and the Caribbean because our tastes are the same as our family: colourful and varied.
We are ovo-pescatarian which means we eat fish, shellfish, vegetarian, vegan and eggs. We have been this way for around 7 or 8 years and it seems a positive change.
I do change many recipes and make them meatless. I will call these recipes the same way as a meat one just to give you an idea of the flavours that you will get.
Anyway, I will bring you as many recipes as I can every week that you can print out and study at your own pace.
